Letter from Our Founder
Dear Fellow Fans,
I built FanTravel because I've been where you are.
I've flown across the country for a playoff game and had no idea where to eat beforehand. I've bought last-minute concert tickets and scrambled to find a hotel within walking distance of the venue. I've scrolled through dozens of "best restaurants near Madison Square Garden" listicles that clearly weren't written by anyone who's ever actually been to a Knicks game.
That frustration is exactly why FanTravel exists.
The Problem We Solve
Fan travel is a massive, underserved market. Millions of people travel to sporting events, concerts, and cultural moments every single year. But unlike business travelers or vacationers, fans have almost zero dedicated resources. No one is curating the pregame bars near SoFi Stadium. No one is tracking which restaurants celebrities hit after the Grammys. No one is telling you that the hotel two blocks from Wrigley Field has a rooftop with a view of the stadium.
Until now.
What Makes Us Different
FanTravel isn't just another travel site. We're built by fans, for fans. Every recommendation on our platform comes from real fan experiences, verified celebrity sightings, and boots-on-the-ground research. We don't do sponsored listings or pay-for-placement. If a restaurant is on FanTravel, it's because real fans and real celebrities actually go there.
Where We're Going
We're just getting started. In the coming months, you'll see us expand into more cities, add personalized trip planning tools, launch our mobile app, and build the largest fan travel community on the internet. I want FanTravel to be the first place any fan goes when they're planning a trip — whether it's across town or across the world.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Every fan who uses FanTravel makes the platform better for every other fan.
See you at the game.
