Chef Jean Imbert's menu includes Pharrell's signature 'Corn Corn Corn' dish — polenta topped with popcorn — alongside a 'standing' Caesar salad and spaghetti tossed with caviar. The two-floor, 13,500-square-foot space designed by Ken Fulk was conceived around feminine power, which Pharrell called 'the DNA of Swan.'
